Let us tell you more about our food here at Fern Cottage Restaurant in Pitlochry.
Retaining much of the original ethos of using Scottish, seasonal ingredients to create dishes with a Mediterranean twist, our food is cooked to order and guarantees a treat for your taste-buds – whether it be a classic or contemporary dish.
This does mean that at really busy times, there may be a short wait for your food, however our staff are on hand to help you make the most of it, with perhaps some bread and olives or Tzatziki whilst enjoying your selection from our carefully selected wine and drinks menus.
We can cater for most dietary requirements offering a wide range of gluten free dishes. Feel free to give us a call to discuss or advise your server on arrival and we will be more than happy to advise you.

We also have our Gin Menu offering a choice of premium gins from around Scotland and the Mediterranean to whet your appetite, as well as a regional selection of the finest Scottish malt whiskies with an emphasis on our local distilleries.
Head Chef and co-owner, Rifat Aycan, has created our menus using an exciting range of dishes, packed with flavour and all beautifully presented.

Going to see a show at the theatre? Come to Fern Cottage Restaurant for your pre-show meals. We are only around a 10 minute walk from the theatre – just enough to stretch your legs and walk off a bit of lunch or dinner prior to the show. If you are going to any of the matinee shows, we offer our special 2 course lunch which is served from 12noon on matinee days.
Booking for either, is always advisable as we would hate to disappoint you on the day!
